In compliance with the GDPR and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by Grow Congregations. This is often referred to as the "right to be forgotten."
2. How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data, please send an email to our Data Protection Officer at:

Please include the email address associated with your account in the body of the email to help us locate your data.
3. What Happens Next?
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
- Permanently delete your personal data from our active databases within 30 days.
- Remove your data from our backup archives within our standard backup retention cycle (typically 60-90 days).
- Send you a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
4. Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain data if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., financial record-keeping for tax purposes), resolve disputes, or enforce our legal agreements.
