Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Annual billing is available at a discount if you prefer to budget yearly, but there's no lock-in requirement. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What exactly does the setup fee cover?
Custom design of your church website, full platform configuration (giving funds, email domain, CRM stages, stream setup), a live training session with your team, and 30 days of priority support during your launch window.
Do we need a developer or IT person?
No. We handle all technical setup during onboarding. After launch, your staff manages everything from a simple dashboard — no code, no developers, no IT support required.
What are the Stripe fees for online giving?
Standard Stripe rates apply — 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction for nonprofits (you'll apply for nonprofit pricing directly with Stripe). We don't add any markup or take a cut of your donations.
What about SMS costs?
SMS is powered by Twilio — you sign up for your own Twilio account (free to create, pay-as-you-go at ~$0.01/text). We integrate your account into the platform. You pay Twilio directly; we never mark up or touch your messaging costs.
Can we upgrade plans later?
Yes — anytime. Your data, contacts, giving history, and courses carry over fully. Upgrades are prorated to your current billing cycle so you're never double-charged.
What's the difference between the plans in practice?
Core covers your complete digital foundation — website, giving, CRM, email, events, campaigns, and member directory. Standard adds live streaming, sermon library, small groups, SMS, and an entry-level discipleship platform. Pro unlocks the full discipleship suite, the Member Portal PWA, unlimited staff, advanced analytics, and phone support.
How does the 30-day launch support work?
For the first 30 days after your site goes live, you have a direct line to our team — not a ticket queue. We respond to questions within a few hours and can hop on a call to walk through anything your team needs. After 30 days, you're supported through standard email support (or phone, on Pro).
